Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust needed to attract and retain talent after Covid left staff exhausted and vacancies high. Recruitment campaigns felt generic, unrepresentative and failed to reflect the people behind the organisation.

Create an authentic EVP focused on direction and offering, shifting the narrative back to the humans who make the Trust work.
